Distinctive dishes for gourmets
Indulge in an outstanding evening of culinary delights. This menu is based on modern French cuisine. And in preparing these dishes we use only the finest natural ingredients, which are lovingly and skilfully transformed into a sophisticated gourmet dinner. This programme includes boat hire, collection and delivery within the ring of canals, or within 30 minutes cruising time from our Rijksmuseum mooring, waiter service and unlimited wine, beer and soft drinks. The tables are beautifully laid with table linen, decorated with flowers and provided with menu cards. The menu changes throughout the year as it is created around the seasons and market availability.
TIP: We have selected a wine that forms the perfect accompaniment, enhancing the flavour of both food and drink. This accompanying wine list is optional and costs € 25,00 p.p. incl. VAT.
